Congratulations to our Milwaukee Brewers Student Achievers!

These students were recognized by the Milwaukee Brewers Organization for their academic effort and achievement.  For their efforts, they earned a certificate 2 tickets to a Brewer Game!

Halfway To June

May is at the halfway point!

• Thanks Mrs. Douglas and Mrs. Shafer for an outstanding Parental Advisory Committee meeting! 

• Thanks to all of our parents, families, and students for a high class social event last evening-the Deer Creek Fine Arts Gala and Music Concert got rave reviews throughout the Midwest!

• Please be sure to obey the NO LEFT TURN sign as you exit the DC driveway during before and after school drop off and pick up times.

Warm Weather

Students have visited the office the last few days because they are feeling a bit "overheated".  A large drink of water or ice pack on the bag of the neck for a few minutes does the trick, but as weather continues to grow warmer, please discuss with your students the importance of staying hydrated and "taking it easy" when they are playing and start to feel worn out.

A REMINDER TO PARENTS AND FAMILIES

Please remember that there is NO LEFT TURN when exiting the DC parking lot at drop off and pickup times before and after school.  Attempting to turn left severely backs up the driveway at these very busy times and is, of course, a violation of a posted traffic ordinance which could result in a citation.
